We are getting through the hottest days in Hanoi when you can see the sunlight at 7pm and the water is too warm that you thought you had just sweated, not taken a shower. And because of the Covid 19, we cannot go to the beach or go swimming, the best way is to be in the cool air conditioner. But it is not so cool when you get the electrical bill.
