February18th, 2025 Today was a regular dental checkup. I go to see my dentist every six months. I brush my teeth three times after a meal and do dental floss in the morning, but the doctor found some cavity every time. I noticed that I easily get cavity. I have to be careful with what I eat!

I brush my teeth three times a day, once after each meal and I use dental floss in the morning, but the doctor find a few cavities every time. I've noticed that I easily get cavity. I have to be careful about what I eat!
