How to read effectively in english language without getting overwhelmed by unknown vocabulary and complex grammar ? I've been reading 5 book in English. and sometimes I had a problem with unknown vocabulary and grammar. and also how to building our writing skills especially in Grammar. My grammar is a mess :/

Try getting ebook versions of the books you are reading and use any ebook reader app which is provided with an inbuilt dictionary with an easy word-seeing facility such as fbreader to read them. I am currently using fb reader. I just have to press down on difficult word and the dictionary appears at the base of page with that word's meaning.
