I guess you mean the number of Facebook users compared to that of Twitter.

In Vietnam, Twitter is close to non-existent, it's not like our government block it or anything（although they tried to block Facebook in the past but to no avail), people just don't use Twitter since most marketing, interesting stuffs is done on Facebook. Most people in Vietnam will have a Facebook account but rarely will you find one with a Twiiter account. Even if someone have a Twitter account, it is very idle.
