what's your idea about Job Satisfaction ؟ Hi there 

I'm just here that I would like to speak about the most of decision in life someone. Do you know what’s that?
Exactly your thought are true, I want to speak about kind of aspect satisfaction job in life. Everybody have a lot of problems his/her life but what's root of problem?
I think a part of problem related to position job one in society and income levels , you see when we like to reach a goals in life even if we are lower level because any one like to improve in your life therefor we need to good job for having a calmness .
Maybe you say that why did I said that but I think its fact for us. We can look at ourselves and after that we will say that how much satisfy in our life.

If asked, most people who work would probably say they do so to earn money to buy goods and services. However, this is not the only need that is satisfied by working. Individuals are not the same. Therefore, it is likely that lists made by any two people of their needs and how they can be satisfied will be very different. One employee may need to work with friendly colleagues, whereas another might be happy working on his own.

I try to have a well feeling about right career path , you know that if we have money enough we able to do any things that we like it, for example I like to help other people but for this work I need to money . Sometimes you like to do something but you can’t do it because you don't have money enough .I think In addition to have a good job we need to flexible power for reaching our goals that consist of like this money and Social status and etc.<o:p></o:p>

I think doing the right job and staying on the right career path can help you feel happier in life.

My mother is a great example. Teaching was her TRUE calling. She loved it, and it helped her feel whole to know she was helping her students learn in a kind environment.
