I love music particularly on billboard, and singers are known by all over the world mostly. e.g. Adele "Hello" . Taylor Swift "Blank Space" .or Shakira "Waka Waka"...etc.

Though it's not my major way, but it's one of the funny mode I learning English or Spanish.

It's easy and many pleasure !!

I think listening to music is one way that would work for some people. It depends on what type of learner you are. For me, I love the idea and can see how it works for some people.

Yes, I do believe in that. it's kinda subjective tho. But yes, it is  possible. I see it as a creative way of learning English. a unique way of improving my English language skills (Pronunciation, Spelling, Tenses, etc.).  I can easily remember things no matter how long it is. Memorizing the line isn't a burden anymore. Why? Because of the light vibe that the  melody of the song produces. It makes learning enjoyable and recreational at the same time.
The only thing that i cannot assure you is the  grammar of the lyrics. I know it is a product of a Western country, but sometimes they use an informal way of writing songs. In order to sell their music, one of their goals is to consider what is IN today. And because of that, sometimes being strict with the grammar is not their #1 consideration/priority anymore.

I used to do it but it's been a long time that I've put aside listening POP music as a way to learn English. It was because there were many people among my acquaintances and friends, who have a good command of English, questioning this method. They said the disadvantages of this method outnumbers its advantages. The disadvantages include mispronunciation and the lyrics being full of grammar errors. As time passed and my English improved, I realized that they were right. It takes ages to get rid of the incorrect things you've learned from a song, since you repeated it million times! In conclusion, In my opinion, we'd better listen to music for enjoyment rather than utilizing it in order to learn a language.
