It's hurt OR It hurts???
Which one is correct? or if neither of them is wrong then what's the difference?

If "it's hurt," that means that it is or has been hurt: it is injured or in pain. "A bird flew into the closed window, and I thinks it's hurt."
If "it hurts," then the speaker is in pain, and it is the body part where the pain is. "I stubbed my toe and it hurts."

"It's hurt would not be commonly used, unless you are identifying something that has been hurt in the past. Example: I must guard my heart, as it's easy to hurt . If you say "it hurts" you are referring to something that hurts now or could hurt you. Example: When I go to the dentist it hurts.

"It's hurt by them" and "It hurts someone" , to feel the differences of them
