I have a couple ideas for you!
#1: Create opportunities to practice everywhere you go. for example, try to think and talk to yourself using the target language in the car, at work, in the bathroom, and before you sleep. Take flashcards with you everywhere, and read labels, advertisements and signs that are in English. Finally, seek out conversations with other people that speak English!
I think that last example is really important. I used to approach everyone that looked like they might speak Spanish and I would say, “¿habla español?” (yes, that is both profiling and a little dangerous, at the same time). Sometimes they didn't speak Spanish, or didn't want to speak with me, but sometimes they gave me the opportunity to practice with them.

#2: MAKE MISTAKES! Not many people like making mistakes, but good language learners accept mistakes as a natural part of the learning process. Find a safe place where you can experiment with new vocabulary and language concepts without fear of making mistakes. It is of course important that you record your mistakes and get them corrected by a coach, teacher, or native speaker (italki is awesome for that!).

انك بدأتي بالفاعل .. وكملتي بالفعل والمفعول .. حتى حتت ان كوباية نكره في العربي في الانجليزي برضه متنكره
في الانجليزي في ذات نفسه لغة مش غريبه عن المصري اللى احنا بنتكلمه كل يوم ..

عندنا طريقتين .. طريقة بفلوس .. وطريقة ببلاش ..
بفلوس سهله اوي خدي كورس سواء هنا - واعتقد ده حيبقى صعب عشان الدولار - وكمان عشان الساكيب مع ان دي افضل طريقة واسرعهم او اي مركز انجليزي في مصر بس يكون نضيف شويه
الطريقة اللى ببلاش .. دي فيها تعب بس زي ما بيقولوا مافيش حلاوة من غير نار
لازم نظبط الجرامر
سواء من كتاب الانجليزي بتاع الحكومه او اي كتاب تلاقيه سهل عندك
مافيش يبقى حتحتاجي المواقع اللى ححطها في الكومنتات عشان مافيش مساحه اتكلم
