Many ways can be used to say "the best friend" in Arabic. If you are refering to a guy friend, you would say " صديقي المفضل " for a girl friend, you would say " صديقتي المفضلة" And for more than one friends, for guys" أصدقائي المفضلين " For girls " صديقاتي المفضلات" Gosh, i didnt relaize how my lanaguge is sophisticated and hard to explain. Hopefually, my explanations made sense to you. You reach me if you need more help in Arabic

صديقي المفضل my best friend (male)

صديقتي المفضلة my best friend (female)

The words you wrote صحبي Egyptuan people say it to mean my friend.

اصحن is wrong it must be اصحاب friends.

صديقي المفضل is ok but its more of a standard arabic than its egyptian term.Anyways its just a translation but not equivalent to the american version of "best friend".

We simply dont have that title.
