what Colombian sweets have you tried? I am from Colombia! I would like you to tell me about what sweets from my country you have tried or heard before ... maybe ... arequipe? panela?

Hello David,

I have tried empanadas, but not the normal ones. I have a Colombian friend whom made them sweet by cooking some empanadas with banana and Nutella, they were really good (to eat but probably bad for the health if you know what I mean!).
