Yes it has some technical errors ... keeps rebooting and not working well..

I don't know if by "this app" you mean Italki but if it's not working it might be the new update. So you can try clearing your browser's cache, that could help.

Yeah  i mean itaki..
And i use the new itaki i think the problem as you said.. i will try your advice.
