Abdullah got it right. In the US the drug is called Trazodone and came out in 1981 as an anti-depressant. It´s fairly commonly prescribed for depression, a bit like the SSRI drugs  (selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors, like Prozac and Zoloft) and operates similarly,  but technically is in a different drug class. It can have odd side effects, especially a rather rare one in men that precludes men who have that side-effect from ever taking the drug. I happen to know from experience. When I told my prescribing doctor about this particular side-effect some 18 years ago, he told me to throw that drug out and NEVER touch it again. He said if the particular side effect didn`t go away, as it did with me, I could end up in a hospital emergency room and he warned I would NOT like the treatment for this particular side effect. So, I quite happily tossed that drug in the garbage and never touched it again. 

Nestrolan is the name of an antidepressant medication.
