Can you get me this food in a bowl/cup.
'Can you get me this food in a bowl/cup.' (Cause I can't keep it in my hand) Is sentence correct?

You can say something like: Can you put this in a bowl?
As you are talking face to face with the other person, it isn't necessary to say food.
Have a good day! :)

Hey Ahsanul!
I think what you’re trying to say is: “Can you give me this food in a bowl or cup?” Get means to receive; give means to transfer the possession of something from one person to another. So in that context, give would be better. I hope that makes sense.
