Watch American English tv shows and movies. Repeat out loud what you hear as you watch the shows and movies. Check out American English Youtube channels that are designed to teach English. What helped me a lot, is to read all I can and take notes.. listen music and search the lyrics, watch stand up comedy and pay attention to what they say and try to understand.. there is a very good YouTube page called engvid . Look for it and you'll see.
