I think 子环 sounds very odd

I worked as an intern teacher in primary school, some kids have name like this. Although these names look like fictional characters, many parents seem to be using them these days.

it's definitely old school.. and not in a good way I think. These names seems like from the novels by Qiongyao who is a writer in the end of the last century created lots of Romantic novels. Chinese people now regard her novels as ridiculous and melodramatic so the way she name her characters are also be disgusted with. People think these names are made up in a complicated way but just with shallow meaning in it.

These names are so old-fashioned

all is ok generally.

珮璇 is kind of uncommon, I mean the characters are not use to much, especially the 珮.

子环 is sort of strange, maybe you like word related to jade (玉). but the "环" sometimes just means circle.

馨瑜 is ok. a lot of Chinese like using '馨' in their new baby.

淑怡 is also good name which I recommand mostly.
