WENN oder WANN ?
_"..... es warm ist, esse ich gern Salat". WANN or WENN and why plz ?
Which one also has the meaning of "whenever"? I think it's WENN, beside the meaning of "If". But if so, then why not WANN ?

In your example it's "Wenn".

Wann wird es wieder warm?
Ruf mich an, wann du willst. <em>means</em> Call me whenever you want
Ruf mich an, wenn du willst. <em>means</em> Call me if you want
