When use the phrase "stick with"?
Is "stick with" means like “hold on” or "keep on" or "hold on"? How to use "stick with".
I stick with learning English every day. Can I use it like this ? And is it common to say?

Yes, you can use it like that but I don't know if a native speaker would. It technically makes sense but it also sounds a bit awkward to me. A better example:
you say : "I'm learning English."
I could say "Stick with it and you will get much better."
Stick with = continue with
Another example of how it could be used
I say : "are you coming with us or staying with your group?"
you could say : "I'll stick with this group."
In this example it means to stay with
Hope this helps!

The other thing to consider is the tense. The tense of your example is awkward. Consider
I’m sticking with my plan. It seems to be working. (This is a common usage, talking about your current ongoing activity)
I’m sticking with my plan of studying English every day.
I’m sticking with studying English every day. (Colloquial)
He’ll never stick to his New Year’s resolution. It was too ambitious.
She stuck with him too long. She should have dumped him after his first affair.
When I get a plan, I stick with it.
Stick with the girl who loves you. (Not talking about current ongoing activities)
