What do you do if an Italki teacher gives you a horrible review comment?

I had a lesson with an Italki teacher (our fourth or fifth, I think), and it went great as always. I left good feedback for her, and she replied with what's basically a racial slur. Is there any way to get rid of this? It totally came out of left field, and I doubt other teachers are going to want to accept my lesson requests after this.

Tommy, if you haven’t done this yet, choose “privacy” from your “settings” and from “other privacy settings”,

uncheck (Allow people to view my lesson feedback).

This way nothing will appear on your student profile. Right now I can’t see that feedback anyway, so don’t worry.

If what she wrote was a racial slur, you could also contact italki support at:

[email protected]

Ask them if they could remove that feedback permanently from your profile.
