Motivation letter
Hey guys, I’m going to apply for a job and I need you to check my motivation letter, I haven’t specified job vacancy, cuz I haven’t decided yet. I feel like this letter is so weak for now, would really appreciate your help to improve it..

Letter of Motivation.
Dear Sir/Ma’am
I submit this letter of motivation as a part of a dossier supporting my application for job vacancies of European Union Delegation in Uzbekistan.
I am Shokhrukh Najimov from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, motivated and graduated student of Wroclaw University in Poland, I was studying in the field of “International relations”. In brief, I was mainly focused on deeply understanding of EU actors, governmental organizations, non-governmental organizations and their responsibilities in front of European citizens and protecting their human rights. From age of 16, I was inspired by how European Union’s structures work with one and another, how perfectly European Institutions were formulated to support each other with the goal of resolving any potential issues that may arise like internal and external problems.
As I am deeply interested in International relations, European integration and the EU itself, I enrolled myself at the above mentioned bachelor program, where I had several EU-related courses like EU Policies, European Law practice and Human Rights of the EU. Thanks to those courses I have got familiar with the processes in the EU, EU Institutions and the enlargement as well. “The issue of enlargement and proliferation of Nuclear weapons and it’s affection into EU and Global security” was the topic of my dissertation, based on the research that I have conducted in the last year of my studies. In the research I have intention to connect the foreign policy of the EU with the goals of the EU’s neighborhood policy, EU energy policy and defense policy. During the work on the dissertation I got broad understanding of the positive and negative aspects of the possible enlargement of Nuclear proliferation and all the challenges that it may brought.
I had a great chance and honor to study for one semester in Plymouth University, United Kingdom under the Erasmus program, that was wonderful experience to share my knowledge and learn something new from British students. Meanwhile, they were suffering from Brexit at that exact moment, I was able to get inside opinions about this case. For the last 3 years, I was introduced with different factors of International relations and for now this is my biggest goal to be accepted and be a part of EU in my upcoming career.

Here is part 2) of the motivation letter. Good luck!

In addition “The issue of enlargement and proliferation of Nuclear weapons and it’s affection into EU and Global security” was the topic of my dissertation, based on research that I carried out in the last year of my studies. In my research I have tried to connect the foreign policy of the EU with the goals of the EU’s neighborhood policy, EU energy policy and defense policy. During the work on the dissertation I was able to get a broader understanding of the positive and negative aspects of the possible enlargement of Nuclear proliferation and all the challenges that it may bring.

As part of my course, I had the opportunity to study for one semester at Plymouth University, in the United Kingdom on the Erasmus programme. It was a wonderful experience, and I particularly enjoyed being able to share my knowledge and learn something new from British students. Meanwhile, the country was going through Brexit at that exact moment in time, and I was able to get first hand opinions about the situation from many fellow students.

As you can see from my curriculum vitae enclosed, and this motivation letter, I am highly motivated and have very good knowledge in different areas of International relations particularly on European Union issues.

I hope you will consider my application as my greatest goal is to form part of the EU and to work in one of it's institutions.
I thank you for your attention and time and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours faithfully,

Mr.......

Hi Shokhrukh,

For future reference, there is a section called notebooks on Italki, that is for corrections, but I have double checked it here for you, and made a few alterations. I have divided it into two notes, as it wouldn't fit into just one comment page. I hope you find it useful:)
