What was the worst movie you ever watched?

Did you ever watch a movie and left the cinema angry or confused? I can't remember the title of the possibly worst movie I ever watched because my friends and I didn't sit through but left the cinema in the middle of the film. I only know it was a pink eiga and it was incredibly boring. But I do remember some Hollywood movies that made it into my top 5 worst movies ever. But who knows, maybe one of them is a movie you really liked?

Movies I regretted having watched:

Water World with Kevin Costner: The whole world is submerged under water but pirates have endless supplies of cigarettes. <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/FanTheories/comments/2fh625/why_the_smokers_of_waterworld_had_a_bunch_of/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.reddit.com/r/FanTheories/comments/2fh625/why_the_smokers_of_waterworld_had_a_bunch_of/</a>;

War of the Worlds with Tom Cruise: Whole humanity is killed by aliens, everything is detroyed but Tom Cruise's family survives (even though they were separated during the movie) and their house even has electricity. Even Spielberg doesn't like the ending either: <a href="https://screenrant.com/steven-spielberg-war-of-the-worlds-ending/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://screenrant.com/steven-spielberg-war-of-the-worlds-ending/</a>; (maybe for other reasons but hey, this was really the ending I hated most of all movies I ever saw. Ok, the ending of Game of Thrones comes close though...)

I dislike any films that perpetuate the notion that America saves the world. For example, films like Independence Day, War of the Worlds, Armageddon, etc. In fact, I'm not really a fan of any American-flag-waving type of films, even if they're based on true events.

Two movies highly acclaimed by the critics that I bemoan as a massive waste of my time and my patience:

Trudno byt' bogom (Hard to be a God) 2013

Almost 3 hours of black&white capture of what would have made a mildly entertaining albeit revolting 10 minute short. Many people left the theatre after only 30 minutes of it; others fell asleep around the same time. I clung on in the hopes that something amazing may happen yet - but the highlight was my butt going to sleep.

Mulholland Drive 2001

A metric ton of highly acclaimed "atmosphere" without plot or character development. One of the most overrated movies ever. Two and a half hours of my life I'll never get back.

The worst movie I've watched is Birdemic. But I didn't regret watching it, as I expected a crappy movie. It was so bad that it was almost entertaining.

But one movie I did regret watching, is Hostel. Some images still linger in my head to this day.

My Dinner With Andre

An entire movie about two men sitting at a restaurant table having a discussion. Surely it must be a compelling conversation, yes? Noooooo. So many people were walking out it looked like someone had pulled the fire alarm.
