Guided meditation in Italian

Ciao Italian learners and native speakers,

I would like to listen to some easy, short guided meditations in Italian. That way I could (hopefully) relax and practice Italian at the same time! Does anyone have any tips for me?

For example, in English, I like meditations by "The Honest guys". A similar style would be great.

I don't know "The Honest Guys," so no idea if you would like this, but I do recommend the podcast of Gennaro Romagnoli, who talks a lot about meditation. He speaks slowly and clearly so I've found it great listening practice for my Italian learning. I did find this one podcast that includes a short meditation embedded in the longer talk; the actual meditation starts at 13:20.
