How to say “Baking” in Portuguese?
I have been searching a lot different term of “ baking” in Portuguese,like “cozedura,cozimento”. But I search those words in google there would pop up different meanings. I’m so confused. I wanna translate “Association of creativity exchanging of baking”. There might have some grammar mistake, but I tried my best to let you know! Hope somebody could gives me ideas! Thanks a lot!

I think this is a though one and easy to get confused.
First of all, I think English speakers make a bigger difference between baking and cooking than Portuguese speakers do, I often hear "I cook but I don't bake" in English and I don't think we have a simple way of saying that in Portuguese (Brazil) or it is just not usual.
"Cozimento" is the process or time something takes to cook. In recipes, you would often find "Tempo de cozimento: 10 minutos", for example.
Bake would be translated to the verb "assar", which means cook something in the oven. There is also the adjective "assado(a)" for something that was baked. "Assado(a)" can also be a noun.
The rough translation for “Association of creativity exchanging of baking” could be "Associação da troca criativa de assados", maybe? But it sounds kind of weird to me.
I would suggest that if your Association focuses on baking sweet things you could use the word "confeitaria", which is the act of cooking and decorating sweets. "Associação da troca criativa de confeitaria"
Or if it is mainly bread that you are baking you could use "panificação", which is the act of baking bread. "Associação da troca criativa de panificação"
