<em>I think we soulden't punish ourselves.However,when we do something wrong,we must just try to correct it and make sure that it'll never be repeated from us.When we don't achieve something we want,we must try not to feel guilty and bad.We have to keep trying till we do it. Punishment isn't for ourselves because it won't help us to improve our lives. We should be wiser and try the best we can do not just to be hopeless.Any way,this is my opinion!</em>

Not being able to go to bed with a clear conscience is the biggest punishment ever in my opinion. Punishment does not exist in my dictionary. Love, remorce, forgiving and caring are far more important/noble qualities than resentment, hatred, pain, revenge and punishment.

self punisment does nothing good, i better try to understand how to fix it if i did something wrong. and the punisment in that case is a loosing of time.
But if i had seriouslly hurted some person, the punishment will come from that person not from me.
