What do you do when you're sad ?

that's simple .....when im sad.i will hang out with my frd ,and take some drinks,and then take a shower,get some sleep,emmm,listen music.....and so on ,i don't lke cry .cuz im a man..woops!!!......but i don't know what are u saying ,about sad ,what kind of i mean..ok don't bother that ,have a good day by the way !!sawadeekhrup!!!!haha

Generalmente vivo muy ocupada, siempre tengo tantas cosas que hacer que quisiera que el día tuviera muchas más horas de las 24. Esto no me permite estar triste o aburrida. Pero cuando esta situación se ha presentado, leo algún libro, salgo a caminar, veo alguna película interesante, me pongo a meditar etc. Son los remedios que tengo contra la tristeza y la depresión.
