Which one is the typical dish in your country or city ?

In Medellín, Colombia we normally eat a dish called BANDEJA PAISA. This dish has rice, beans, sausage, meat, ripe banana, fried egg, avocado, chicharron and Hogao( Onion, tomatoes and spices). The drink is "mazamorra" (Corn kernels with milk).

imrenjie, Mole is some sort of a sauce made of different ingredients, there are different recipes, but I guess the traditional one includes Chili peppers (ancho, pasilla and chipotle) then tomatoes, tortillas, chocolat, cloves, cumin, black pepper, even some fried babanas (Plantain which is a larger variety of banana) and some dried seed like almonds, nuts, peanuts.
