月圓月缺山不動. The moon waxes and wanes, mountains remain still.

相思離別日常有, Thoughts and partings take place daily,

友誼真情不是夢. However, real friendships and feelings are no dreams.

花謝花開香如故。 Flowers bloom and wither, their fragrance remained the same.
舊友重逢心中悦， Happiness is in meeting old friends,

歡歌笑語手中書. We sing, we laugh, like the joys of having a good book in hand.

I am conjecting your last line, it would make no sense in English. Hope that I am correct in my guess. :) You indeed do have a poetess soul.
