食用的是专门的肉狗。中国吃狗肉的人并不太多。韩国人才是真正的吃狗肉大国。

我不吃狗肉. 我也不知道所謂肉狗菜狗的定義為何 (dogs raised and meant to be killed and eaten?). 有人說在廣東有人吃狗肉不過我常跟客戶去吃飯, 都沒有看過狗肉這道菜. 在山東濟南我曾經到過ㄧ條街, 沿街都是賣狗肉的店. 在台灣生活了二十幾年來, 我從來沒聽說有人吃狗, 街上到處你都可以看到野狗 (沒有人飼養的狗). 不過在大陸, 我幾乎在路上看不到野狗. 我不知道這跟吃狗肉有沒有關連. 在大陸的公司裡, 曾經有ㄧ個同事邀請我跟他去吃狗肉, 他說很好吃很堅持ㄧ定要我去, 可是我ㄧ想就覺得很噁心不敢吃, 我於是強烈拒絕他了. 我不知道在大陸和在韓國吃狗肉的人的比例. 因為我沒有數據所以我也無法作比較. 聽這裡的其他人說韓國人"比較" 喜歡吃狗肉是真的嗎? 這又是如何"比較"出來的呢?

我觉得你是种族主义者

I can understand the sentiment, Steven H. I don't know why people have to consume meat. I don't blame you and others for eating meat. You know, we didn't decide how we humans are wired biologically. It is not our fault that there are carnivals in the world. I think I understand why you are advocating this and I agree that people should limit the kind of meat they consume if not stop it completely. Dogs are cute and intelligent. I love dogs. But I think it is a little unfair to label Chinese people as dog eaters because most of Chinese people don't do that and find it disgusting too. Would this be a better world when Chinese, Korean, and other people in the world stop eating dogs completely? I don't know, it would be a good start. Cheers mate!

我觉得人对某种东西有感情的话，都不忍心坏灭他们的。

吃狗肉的人，主要因为狗不是宠物狗。
