You can also say Salut/Hi and Cum te numesti (as numeshti)?/ What`s your name?

Ce mai faci? /how are you

Cum te cheama? /what is your name

all these can be used if you are talking to a friend or a child; if you are talking to a stranger or someone higher in rank you'd say:

Buna ziua!

Ce mai faceti?

Cum va numiti?
