Русский сильно отличается от итальснкого ,т.к. это славянский язык - другая фонетика , алфавит ,даже "логика" у языка другая. Тебе будет сложно выучить его самому ,попытайся найти курсы по русскому языку  у себя вгороде или здесь профессионального преподавателя из России (для правильного акцента) для учёбы онлайн.

Russian language differs from Italian one , because it's of Slavonic group - other phonetics , alphabet , even "logic" of language is different. It'll be difficult for you to learn language by yourself ; try to find cources in tour city or italki-teacher from Russia (for right accent) for studying-online)

Hello! I prefer Pimsleur course! I have listened only first part and it is npt hard for me to understand and talk a little bit! If you finish all this course you will be able study Russian with a techer and have a great imroving in it!

Hello, except other methods i think that very effective talk with people for which it's native language and it's huge plus because you can talk about all, hear and repeat words + emotional expression, very useful, good luck.
