you can always apply for a student loan.. the government pays for your studies, but you'll obviously have to repay your student debt once you'll graduate and start working; I have some friends who moved to England in the past years and one of them is going to start uni in September, but things are totally different for european citizens. Anyhow, I don't know what the requirements to apply for a loan are, especially for international students, so I suggest you to send an e-mail to someone competent to get proper answers.
