Why to learn number in english is so hard?
I have a lot of difficult to think in english when someone is saying numbers.
What is the better way to learn to think quickly in numbers in english?

Watch you tube videos on number lessons for children. It will annoy you, but it's catchy and you won't forget them. There are lots of number songs on youtube.
