I am a Korean high school student and my school ends at 10 at night. I wonder when does the school ends in other countries. I guess not as late as mine but I am curious about the exact time! Next year, I'll have to go to school by 7:30 at moring and come back home at 10 at night. When I come home, it's almost ten thirty so I can't really do anything that I want to do. Anwway my question is when does your guys' school ends and what do you do after school?
Judy Lee That it's sooo bad, I'm sorry for you, you don't have time for do nothing probably, should be really hard someone study and work at same time there. Of course study it's our choose but study a lot of hours isn't our choose it's the government who do the hours of program. I think in your country people usually follow the rules and are also to strict. I remember the case of boat where a lot of students die if was in another country that probably would not happen because if I'm in a boat and start enter water, I don't go stay in cabin just because I receive that order, my instinct is to put the vest and go to the lifesaving boats etc.
That's awful, Judy! Poor you, you must be exhausted at the end of the week.
You're right, the timetable is much kinder in other countries. 16-18 year-olds near where I live start at around 8.30 - 9 and are usually finished by 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Younger kids have an even shorter day.
WTH!
By the way, most korean students hate this education system. We are so stressed out!
Judy Lee I'm reservist in army and I tell you if I'm in a ship and start enter water and the Commander told me for I back to cabin I don't go, because I don't want die. But it's just my opinion.
