"to have" = "valakinek van valamije"

(Nekem) Van egy könyvem / házam / telefonom.

(Neked) Van egy könyved / házad / telefonod.

(Neki) Van egy könyve / háza / telefonja.

(Nekünk) Van egy könyvünk /házunk / telefonunk.

(Nektek) Van egy könyvetek / házatok / telefonotok.

(Nekik) Van egy könyvük / házuk / telefonjuk.

The possessive pronouns in the parantheses can be left out, the meaning of the word is shown by the suffixes used in the last words of each sentence ("könyvem", "házam", "telefonom"). The letters before the suffixes ("e", "a", "o") only serve to facilitate the pronunciation.
