Hi :) Could you suggest a good Spanish singer? I'm looking for someone that sings slowly, so I can understand the text. I think it's the best way to learn foreign language (by talking and listening).
singers of the other comments may serve, however I recommend a Colombian singer named "Santiago Cruz" his music is slow and very nice, it can help you a lot to practice listening.

No sé cómo alguien puede recomendar Shakira para aprender castellano, cuando la persona está preguntando por alguien que cante lento. No se trata de gusto musical. Las canciones de Shakira son difíciles de entender, palabras que se solapan unas a otras, mucha rapidez, juegos con la voz que dificultan la comprensión, etc.
I think Joaquin Sabina could be a great option. Many times he "talks" more than he "sings", so it can be perfect for you to understand spanish
