노처녀 means also a sexist and negative, too. I would like to say 미혼 여성, or 독신주의자.

미혼 여성 is a woman(or women) who is not married yet. it doesn't know she wants to get married or not.

독신주의자 is someone (Both men and women) who do not want to get married.
