Another thing to do is keep a diary and write down what you did every day. Try to add more detail each day.

George Orwell, who I think is a master of English prose style, wrote a short essay, "A Nice Cup of Tea," which is simply his instructions for brewing tea. You can read it here:

Maybe you could write an article about how you like to make tea, or some other drink.

You should write about something you enjoy- it can be your hobby, like music, reading, movies or about yourself and your family. Or about why you are learning English. Just write! It doesn't matter what as long as you try. Go for it!
