Sleep late or go to bed early and get up early?I'm the last one.Sometimes,I stay awake even it is too sleepy to open my eyes until 1 or 2 am.I'm the only one?
I am most effective and feel healthy when i sleep no later than 23:00 and wake up at 7:00. Anything else I have noticed messes me up.

I am always tring to sleep early but i can't , specially these days , i didn't know why , sometimes i sleep at 5 am ! . but it's not good for our health .
I have two sleep cycles. I usually go to bed around 1am and wake up at 6am. Then I'll sleep again through 1pm to 3pm. Siesta :)
I usually sleep around 12am-1am and I get up at 5:30am every morning. I don't know why, I just can't sleep any earlier.
these two night i go to bed before 12 pm(usually at 11:30 pm). and get up at 7 am, I feel so great
