I believe that it's important that all of the levels of education are free, regardless of background or wealth. Students from any background can have great potential and ambitions, but some don't show it by impressive grades that would give them full scholarships. There are a limited number of scholarships too. People shouldn't be discriminated against based on their income. A lack of wealth is not a sign of being dumb or lazy.
