Everything' is Wonderful. I l Love This Summer! EVERYTHING'S WONDER!  I LUV THIS SUMMER!

Today, I'm pleased to announce 1 elated that my research group will be funded from by the Japanese Government for the next two years.

Our research is about an economic system distribution of computational resources on computer networks, where computers forming the systems can freely sell and buy their computational resources, such as CPU usage, memory, and disk space, at their desired can be sold and bought at optimal prices. The system exhibits an intriguing dynamics in the prices as well as the network structures due to the complex nature of the interactions between computers playing both sellers and buyers. Due to the intricacies and complexity of interactions among systems, prices can fluctuate unexpectedly.  Our approach is unique in that we are attempting to explain these dynamics interactions from an economic and social perspectives.

We all became were so excited that we hugged each other when our proposal was accepted.  we were notified of the acceptance. The Government sent offer the letters of acceptance to our administrative office on August 24, and we were supposed to receive one of them via the office last week, however, the delivery was delayed for some reason. but for some reason, the news were delayed.  We were had been waiting impatiently all this while. waiting for the letter till the time when all administrative officers leave. At the last moment of the time, we finally received the letter!

This summer is the best one I've ever had so far in my life. I'd really wanted to say the  subject line in a loud voice, scream out  "Everything is wonderful. I love this summer!"

Congratulations.  You can do so by capitalizing every letter in the subject heading.  This is known as shouting in the internet world.

1.  You don't announce to your readers.  You sound imperialous.  You are not our boss or leader.
