A conversation about accident
A: I had an accident yesterday.
B: I'm sorry to hear that. Are you OK?
A: Yes. But the other guy is not okay.
B: Why? What happened?
A: Actually, I was guilty. I was weaving through traffic and then I hit the taxi.
B: Oh, what happened to the taxi driver?
A: His head had broken, but luckily he was conscious.
B: Thank goodness. How about your car? Was there much damage?
A: Yeah. I'll have to replace hood, bumper and headlights.

Hey Jacob!
Thanks for your comment. I've written " His head had broken, but luckily he was conscious", so he hasn't died. When your head breaks ,it doesn't mean you're gonna die.

Hello amigo
I like your written, and I have a question for you.
you said " His head was broken..." that's mean he was died.
I think we should say for example " his neck was broken...", or is it ok with the both?

Thanks a lot. Everybody must respect the rules and avoid these dangerous habits at driving.

Grammatically it's ok but I hope no one has that kind of experience!
