I was in Japan this March and travelled to Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, Nagoya, Okinawa and Yokohama without knowing any Japanese.
I am going to Sapporo this summer. I want to be able to introduce myself at least.
Now all I can say is:

ありがとうございました
and some words like ホテル　レシト　新幹線　山手線　目黒線　浅草　and some other words :)
I am a beginner........ so sorry... Please help me!
