A Question Capitalize all words in a title.

Do you like Russians or not? Why?

Unlike Russian, you must capitalize all place names and names of languages in English. You also need to capitalize the beginning of the word after a period, question mark and the exclamation.

I love Russkies. Actually, it does not matter if you are one or not. People are just people. I like all those who like me. That's all.

I admire the Russian people. My maternal grandfather was a Russian interpreter for the Nazis. He and other Nazi scientists studied the effects of hypothermia on Russian prisoners of war. The Nazis were fascinated by the ability of the Russians to handle the cold weather. I know that I would need to drink a lot of vodka and wear a large furry hat in order to survive the cold Russian winter. There is no more communism in Europe. The Russians are now peace-loving people. Americans need to be once again allied with the Russians, because we need your oil.
