A Letter to my Friend (*because it is a TITLE)
Dear James,
Thank you for your letter. I received it the last week. Sorry<em>!</em> I didn’t <em>reply</em> <em>to</em> you before; I was very busy. Christmas is coming soon, and everyone is very <em>excited</em>!
In two week<em>s,</em> I’ll be with you in California. I can’t believe it! I’m looking forward to meeting you and your family. I’m sure we will like each other a lot.
My city, São Paulo, is the biggest and the noisiest city in Brazil. It’s not a place <em>for</em> tourism. It’s a commercial center. It has a lot of pollution and an intense traffic. But there are a lot of things to do. I do like listening <em>to</em> music. Here, (optional) there are nightclubs which are opened all night long!
A friend of mine had gone <em>to</em> Los Angeles last year and watched a baseball game at Dodger Stadium. He said to me it was wonderful. I’d like doing that too.
My plane is going to arrive in LAX at 6:30 a.m., in 3 January. It will be so kind if you wait me in the early morning.
I hope my English will improve when I will be with you!

A friend of mine went to Los Angeles last year, and watched a baseball game at Dodger Stadium. He told me it was awesome. I’d love to do that too.
