The Inner Mongolia Specialty -- Beef Jerky 內蒙古特產--牛肉乾 Today, my aunt came to my home, bringing the beef jerky buying from Inner Mongolia. I was excited to taste it. Looking at the delicious appearance,I couldn't help but eat them one by one. Although my brother didn't like it much,I ate a lot. It's different from beef jerky of Taiwan. Taiwan's beef jerky is dried ;however,that of Inner Mongolia is little juicy (wet)(?). Chewing inside the mouth, the juice and the strong beef fragrance overflew my mouth, as the scene of prairie was in front of my eyes. How special and tasty it is!
