"I want to speak fluent English." "I want to be able to engage in dialogue with people who speak English." "I want to understand, comprehend, and express myself in written and spoken English." "I want to communicate my feelings and my thoughts in English." "I want to articulate my ideas, concepts and feelings in English." "I want to correspond with people who are Native English Speakers." (Also, you can write some other things as well, like this): "I want to make friends with many people so that I can develop my English skills." "I want to find friends who share my interests in books, music, movies, philosophy, and relationships."
