Frozen food
We live in the age of the fast food. Nobody needs to spend a lot of time cooking their one food, unless they enjoy it. Any market offers many options of food that you can consume without a big much(sounds more natural) effort to prepare. The offer types of frozen food has have increased in the last few years and now it's possible to buy a simple mozzarella pizza or fancy French dish in the supermarket closest to your house. However, a diet based only in on frozen food and pre-made dishes can lead to serious health issues, like obesity, high blood pressure or heart diseases. Frozen food is made with the intention of being practical instead of being healthy. Moreover, the manufacturers also put tons of preservatives in the food in order to make it lasts longer but these chemical products are not beneficial for humans. Each person have has to figure out a way to balance his their time needs and his health concerns. Pre-made food is a good option when you are completely occupied too busy/don't have enough time to prepare your own food and cannot afford to eat at a restaurant. Eating healthy and keeping an exercise routine of exercises are essentials points to reach a good quality of life.(I would write it like this. Eating healthy and keeping an exercise routine are essential to maintain a good quality of life). I the case of impossibility of eat fresh food, people should, at least, take a multivitamin to guaranteed that they are ingesting all necessary nutrients for keep the well-functioning of the body.
If someone can't eat fresh food, they should at least take a multivitamin to ensure they get all the necessary nutrients to have a well-functioning body.
