Okay here is a crazy thing to try. When you walk around school, stand up straight, do not look down. And smile. Say hello to people. Try that a few times a day. If that sounds difficult, it is because it is a risk to smile! Some people will not smile back at you. That's ok. But some will, and that will make you feel more confident and happier.
