There are has been almost rain almost every day, and i don't like rainying days, especially when there are heavy storms too. Although it is wonderful and fresh after a downpouwer <em>(pour, not power)</em> , but <em>(not but with although)</em>, still i've hated it coming every day. No good mood, no happyiness, feel sad and restless dysphoric <em>(sounds like a translator option!)</em>. i think rainyning days are is good for sleeping, not working, because i always feel tiried.

The heavy rain compelled us to stay indoors, the river was in flood after the heavy rain, and a torrential of rain came down and <em>(unnecessary)</em> damaged the crops. We can see the news reports about it every day.

You can say "there is rain" but rain is also a verb, so "it is raining" has more action!
Also an an adjective: rainy
We always put a space after periods: ...the end. Next ... Not: ...the end.Next ...
We capitalize the first letter in every sentence, also I.
'hated' is past tense, so I made it present tense like the other verbs

(1) This next sentence is all in past tense. That is ok, but you might say "Yesterday, the rain..." or "In the past, the rain..." so that the reader sees that now you are talking about another day!
Over here , we have a period of rainy days before really coming to summer weather . We designate it as seasonal rain (梅雨 plum rains , formal name) . It usually cause your clothing and furniture damp to have mold . I consider it is not healthful for most people . Actually , I hate humid weather .
