Dear Sir,

I would like to discuss with you about a few points that you have made at in your article about our theatre production, which are not entirely correct, and for that I would like to have the pleasure to explain them to you.

Firstly, I would like to tell you that our musical which was performed the last Saturday was not the first one that the school had made done. Concretely, Actually it was the second one, because previously we created and put in practice on another one, Romeo and Juliet.

Regarding the problems about with the stage lighting, I would like to tell you that we found a solution in a short period of time, and for that we have the opinion that therefore it was not such a big problem to be reflected in your article.

On the other hand, Additionally, the costumes were created and provided by the different various parents to their children, not by the theatre.

Finally, having in mind the name of  regarding the director of our school, you made a little mistake naming it by him Chris Green, because his real name is Din Robinson.

I would like to tell you that even with these little minor problems, we are pleased about your article and that it has helped us a lot to be known become more well-known. (Or it has given us some helpful publicity)

I've read it through right now, once, and see no sing of what do you want him to do? What do you expect the Director of the local newspaper to do?

I advice you also to find out his exact name, and to put it instead of Sir. You know the name of the newspaper? Probably it has a website where you can find his real name. If you will not find it, I'd rather put there a name of the local newspaper, for example: Dear El Pais, Dear El Mundo, Dear Granma etc.

On your place I would set there a title of the article, the date of publishing, the link to it, all that particularities.  Dear Sir, I would like to thank you for publishing article blah blah on the 21st of February there and there, and to point out you a few mistakes that I kindly ask you to fix. They are there and there. The fact is that...

In overall the letter is okay, very well done! Keep on!

I would like to discuss with you  a few points that you have made at your article about our theatre production, which are not entirely correct, and  I would like to  explain them to you.

Firstly, I would like to tell you that our concert last Saturday was not the first one that the school has organized. Concretely, it was the second one, because previously we created and put in practice another one, Romeo and Juliet.

Regarding the problems with the stage lighting, I would like to tell you that we found a solution in a short period of time, therefore it was not a big problem to be reflected in your article.

As far as costumes are oncerned  they were designed and provided by  parents to their children, not the theatre.

Finally, regarding the nameof the director of our school, you made a little mistake naming him Chris Green, as his name is Din Robinson.
