Stereotypes about men and women Firstly, I have to say that the stereotypes about men and women are very common in our society and there are many of them. But are they stereotypes or true? For example, women worry more their appearance than men. Women like going shopping and buying clothes and they spend more time choosing what to wear. doing the hair or putting make-up. So I think it's true. On the other hand, nowadays there are many Young men who are worried about their appearance. This is because of the society where we live. It's a consumer society where people, men and women, think that the most important thing is the appearance, so at the end all of us are worried about it. Another stereotype is, women are better in multitasking than men. I'm not sure, but it may be true. Women have more facility to do different things at the same time. Maybe men need more concentration to do anything. In my case, I can do different things at home like cooking and talking by phone or washing up without any problem, but my husband can't do it. Another thing, men are more interested in sport than women. I think it's true. Probably when they were children they used to play more sports games than girls at school. So men like the competition and being the best. On the other hand, women were educated in other values in their childhood. Finally, men are more interested in technological gadgets than women. I don't know why, but there are usually more men watching electronic devices in the shops.. In conclusion, some stereotypes maybe are true but we can not generalize everyone. Many things are changing nowadays. In my opinion, men can be different physically to women and this may influence in many aspects, but the big problem is what education we have in our childhood.

Stereotypes about men and women

Firstly (This is fine but I would usually say "first" rather than firstly), I have to say that the stereotypes about men and women are very common in our society and there are many of them. But are they (it would be more clear if you said "simply stereotypes" or "just stereotypes") stereotypes or true?
For example, women worry more their appearance than men. Women like going shopping and buying clothes and they spend more time choosing what to wear, doing the hair or putting on make-up. So I think it's true. On the other hand, nowadays there are many young men who are worried about their appearance. This is because of the society where we live. It's a consumer society where people, men and women, think that the most important thing is the appearance, so at the end all of us are worried about it.
Another stereotype is, women are better in at multitasking than men. I'm not sure, but it may be true. Women have more facility to do different things at the same time.  (This is basically the same thing as saying women are better at multitasking) Maybe men need more concentration to do anything something. In my case, I can do different things at home like cooking and talking by phone or washing up without any problem, but my husband can't do it several things at the same time.
In conclusion, some stereotypes maybe are (I would say "may be" or "might be") true but we can not generalize everyone. Many things are changing nowadays. In my opinion, men can be different physically to women and this may influence in many aspects, but the big problem (what problem are you referring to?) is what education we have in our childhood.

Great writing!

I have read that women are better multitaskers, but recent research has shown that men are actually better.
